The smelting process<br>using crucible furnace. Sand molds be made 3 kinds of different inlets, each inlet same was made 4 <br>sand molds. Hardness testing is done by using the Vickers hardness test. the load to pressure 100 gf, <br>the time to pressure 5 seconds. Toughness testing with use standard ASTM D256-03 machine test <br>impact charpoy. Observation of microstructure was observed on each specimen by using an optical <br>microscope. The hardness test results show that hardness value of the highest on the dimensions of <br>the inlet height 6 mm is 64.4 VHN while the lowest value to the dimensions of the inlet height 5 mm is <br>60.96 VHN. The toughness test results show that toughness value from the three specimens almost <br>the same is 0.057 joules / mm<sup>2</sup>; 0.0565 joule / mm<sup>2&nbsp;</sup>and 0.0565 joules / mm<sup>2</sup>. Material is poured into the mold, holding time 30 minutes. Composites are made <br>based on the test specimen flexural and impact test specimens. Composite given treatment soaking for <br>150 hours with a variation of the fluid; rain water, mineral water, and water wells with 10 wt% water <br>vinegar. Specimens in doing testing of flexural strength ASTM D 790 standards and impact testing <br>standard ASTM D 5941 to determine the mechanical properties of the composite. Testing Results <br>indicates that the flexural strength of the composite without treatment 35,50 N / mm2, while the <br>composite with the treatment had an average flexural strength: mineral water Soaking 34.53 N / mm2, <br>rain water soaking 34.66 N / mm2, soaking water wells + 10% Vinegar 32.89 N / mm2,. Even the government has planned to make coal briquette stove 10 million <br>to help the poor who can not afford to buy kerosene . However, it is still lacking in the community <br>response including the small and medium enterprises ( SMEs ) who are currently looking for <br>confusion cheap fuel substitute for oil , coal briquettes because it still contains some weaknesses <br>include air pollution , especially smell and smoke , in side need time ( 5-10 minutes, depending on the <br>quality of the coal briquettes ) to lit it , after a great fire was lit a little difficult to manage. Gasification <br>system has several advantages over direct combustion of coal . Because the form of gas, combustion <br>gas through the gasification of coal is much more easily controlled than direct combustion of coal , <br>gas coal gasification process results can be used for various purposes , among others, to cook , drive <br>the gas turbine , motor fuel moving in , as fuel in boilers, as well as for lighting. Mechanical properties test in the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength. <br>Composite materials using HDPE powder as a cosmetic bottle waste cantula matrix and fibers as <br>reinforcement, fiber volume fraction is 40% composed of random. Specimens were made using a hot <br>molding machine. Temperature thermal cycle with a variation of 60 ° C, 70 ° C, 80 ° C, 90 ° C and <br>100 ° C. Variations in the number of cycles performed 100 times. Testing of mechanical properties of <br>the composite tensile strength using ASTM standard 3039, bending strength ASTM D 6272 standard, <br>and impact strength testing with ASTM D 5941. Results of testing the mechanical properties of <br>composites obtained the data that the composite thermal cycle with a temperature of 60 ° C were <br>carried out as many as 100 times. The tensile strength of 26 MPa, bending strength of 29 MPa and <br>impact strength 45 kJ / m². This research will study <br>the hardness value at ZnO semiconductor material that is compacted with different pressure. The first <br>material is pure ZnO that was grinded with agate mortar, filtered and compacted with pressure are <br>10 bar, 20 bar and 30 bar so the pellet form were shaped. The size of pellet is  13 x 2 mm. <br>Furthermore, these pellet sintered at temperature 1300oC than it will test by vikers microhardness <br>testing. The testing result is that the greatest vikers microhardness at the material that is compact at <br>30 bar. The mean value of it is 213.85 Hv. The greater of compacting pressure given the higher value <br>of the material's hardness. This <br>technique uses a combination of natural adsorbent with terraced flowed into the pipe. The adsorbent <br>used include gravel, sepet (coconut fiber), silica sand, zeolite. The parameters examined in this study <br>is the analysis of the levels of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and TSS (Total Solid Suspended) in <br>the wastewater industry cassava chips. Data collection was performed by calculating the COD and <br>TSS levels before and after processing with pipe filter layer. Based on data obtained optimum pH <br>value accordance with the standard of food waste that is 7.89. For COD and TSS, the optimum value <br>changes occurred on respectively of 99.5% and 99.7%. These coefficients becomes features of speech signal and using <br>as input in neural network to be training data. After training, the testing using data test conducted to <br>see how the algorithm of neural network have good working and how the effectiveness of controlling <br>automatic sluice. There is 5 coefficients of the word of “BUKA” (English: “OPEN”) and so is word <br>of “TUTUP” (English: “CLOSE”). That 5 coefficients was taken as features then repeated 15 times <br>to be used as training data in neural network. The total number of command speech is 30. The 20 test <br>data for “BUKA” and 20 for “TUTUP” used to test the system in controlling sluice by speech. After <br>the test we get the result the accuracy for “BUKA” is 75% and 55% for “TUTUP”. Testing with <br>giving command using “OPEN” and “CLOSE” give us the result by there is no stability in output of <br>the value of neural network (y). From the neural network training, the output of training is 1.01325<br>for “BUKA” and 0.0930902 for “TUTUP”. System <br>information security applications are built to be used for text-based data security. The algorithms <br>used for cryptography is Hill Code with a matrix of 2 x 2sebagai encryption keys, whereas the <br>description used for the inverse of a matrix initial key. Steganography algorithm used is the LSB <br>(Least Significant Bit) insertion in every bit of content (confidential data) into a low bit or bits of the <br>far right. As known to a bitmap (.bmp) 24 bits consist of three pixels in which each pixel is a collection <br>of 8 bits or 1 byte (a value between 0 to 255atau in binary format between 00000000 to 11111111), <br>who presented the value of the intensity of the light that forms the base color namely red, green or <br>blue (red-green-Blue or RGB).
