Karanganyar is a county located in the southeast central Java province, which borders with East Java Province. Karanganyar District is divided into 17 sub-districts and industrial areas as well known for its population pariwisatanya.Walaupun many who work as farmers, good farmers and rice polowijo. As in Hamlet Village Banaran Gentungan District Mojogedang Karanganyar District is situated north of the city directly adjacent Karanganyar Sragen regency. And most of the population are farmers and traders polowijo roasted peanuts (Peanuts Gongso) because the majority of the people of this area is the Farmers peanuts, soybeans and other polowijo. To process the crops of farmers who are nearby then most people in the hamlet Banaran formed the Circle of Friends incorporated in SMEs "Barokah", chaired by Mr. Karjo (39). As for the manufacture of roasted nuts in the village to this day how the processing is still done in a way that is simple bean that has been washed and were included in the Tong sand with a ratio of 40 Kg 5 Kg sand peanuts then rotated by the crank with human power. It is certainly less effective in addition to results that are not as desired due to uneven maturation because the rotation is not continuous, this led to its total production is less due to only rely on human power so that more or less depending on the production of human labor itself. So also from box plastic still wear the traditional way of cooling the cooked beans first and then inserted in the plastic to be heated way above the kerosene lamp and candles. So the result is less neat and uneven then this also affect the sale value of the roasted bean itself because it does not last long on the market. Because packs are not meeting / fast doldrums
